Silver Touch HHC is a licensed Home Health Agency, incorporated in New Hampshire in 1986. Silver touch HHC is wholly owned and operated by Registered Nurses. We specialize in home health care, rehabilitative services, health care consulting and client management services.

Silver Touch HHC provides a broad range of home health services, including skilled nursing, infusion (IV) therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, home health aides. homemakers/companions, maternal/child nursing, wound care specialists and private duty nursing.

Ou Primary Nurses are responsible for coordinating and managing the care that our clients receive. This allows us to achieve more consistency of care for our clients than is possible in larger agencies. We also recognize that home care services are unique and must be individualized for each client. The client, family caregivers and all Agency are incorporated into a team to assist each other in providing the best care possible, based on our clients’ needs.

Services are available throughout Southern New Hampshire, with boundary areas being Milford. Services are not provided outside of these areas because of state and federal regulations. We are certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Our trained professionals are able to determine through evaluation and assessment, your eligibility for these and other Insurances.
